SPECIAL: Spiced St Clement’s Gimlet

This is one from our first ever cocktail menu and always goes down a storm. Gin, clementine juice, lemon juice and the all important Pimento (allspice) Bitters. It’s super refreshing but with great depth and a long finish. Just stir for 20 seconds over ice and garnish with a slice of orange.

Gin, Clementine Juice, Lemon, Pimento Bitters

Shake before serving. Pour 100ml over ice and stir to taste or shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of orange. Keep refrigerated and use within 10 days-14 days.
