SPECIAL: Maple Old Fashioned

This is more or less a classic Old Fashioned, but the Maple Syrup just adds a bit more depth when blended with the Bourbon and Angostura Bitters. Incredibly moreish on a winter evening.

Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Maple Syrup, Angostura Bitters

Pour 70ml over ice and stir for 35 seconds. Garnish with orange peel and/or Maraschino cherry.
